Like our mum’s have drilled into our heads from day 1, it’s important that we start our morning off right by fueling up in the a.m. Not being a huge “breakfast person” myself, I substitute a larger meal in the morning with a healthy, organic smoothie! It’s light, refreshing, packed with vitamins, antioxidants + fuels my bod until lunch!!
Mix 2 cups frozen berries (9oz.)
1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice (I use POM)
Add 1 Whole Banana + 1 Apple
Combine berries, banana, apple, juice, add 1 cup water in blender, blend until smooth
Enjoy on the Go!!
