{Transform With Me}

For many, the new year brings new thought to how we should, or would {ideally} like to live our lives. We put some thought into creating a list of “resolutions” that we hope to continue through the following year, knowing-well that most of these objectives won’t stick. Instead of scribbling on a piece of paper to eventually sit on the bottom of my purse, I think of the new year as a “transformation” period.

While I do agree that writing down prioritized goals are essential to success, my thinking is that in order to grow into the people we wish to one day become, we have to transform our behavior and actions to really make that change. So nix the resolutions + start making mini transformations each day. This could be anything from getting a full 8hrs of sleep each night, or drinking more water, or getting to yoga 3x a week, or climbing up the corporate ladder steadily. Whatever it is, make it a priority to transform into the best possible you!
