Breakfast is probably the most overlooked meal of day! (Wouldn’t you agree?) I could include myself in this - usually sticking with oatmeal, greek yogurt + fruit to start my day. On the weekends however, I like to spend a bit more time creating something special to enjoy over an iced coffee or cappuccino. Here are a few of my new favorites I can’t wait to try:

Eggs baked in (my favorite!) avocado + toast
Homemade cappuccino finished w/ a dollop of whipped cream + a dash of cinnamon
