I can’t seem to escape the studded love that’s turning up on everything from denim cutoffs, biker boots, sky-high stilettos, iphone covers, display trays, jackets, even nails! From edgy street style to the catwalks of fashion capitals, studded or spiked embellishments can be purchased from high-end retailers at a hefty price, or done at home DIY-style for next to nothing.
And that’s what is so fantastic about this trend, is that there are no limits to how little or how much, where or to what you’d like to add that extra touch of glam meets edge. For all you DIY-ers, where do you get your studded embellishments from? I have some additions to make!
